REWRITING YOUR BRAIN USING NEUROSCIENCE & CBT
Rewire habits using neuroscience and CBT, manage cravings, and shift thought patterns to create lasting change.

REWRITE YOUR HABITS FOR LONG-TERM SUCCESS
Lasting change comes from daily habits. You’ll learn how to replace emotional eating with positive habits using neuroplasticity and reinforcement techniques for lifelong success.
Module 4
NUTRITIONAL REHABILITATION
Ultra-processed foods hijack hunger cues and fuel bingeing. This module helps you understand current food environments, break free from food addiction, stabilise cravings, and build a real food approach that supports your body and mind.
Module 5
MINDFULNESS & SELF COMPASSION
Emotional eating often happens on autopilot. This module teaches mindful eating techniques to help you slow down, recognize triggers, and develop self-compassion to reduce food guilt.
Module 6
BODY IMAGE & EMOTIONAL EATING
Your body image influences your eating habits. This module helps you detach self-worth from food and weight, shift negative thoughts, and feel more confident in your skin.
Module 7
BUILDING SUPPORT SYSTEM & SUSTAINING SUCCESS
Long-term success requires the right environment. You’ll learn how to navigate social situations, set boundaries, and create a support system to maintain your progress.
